Shipping rates
Rates will vary depending on the product and distance to ship.

We use Australia Post to ship items that are of an appropriate size and weight. Items are sent using Standard Parcel delivery but can be sent using Express Post or by Courier for an additional cost and by prior arrangement.

For larger or heavier items (such as Vaccine Fridges and Examination Tables), we can provide you with a shipping quote prior to finalising the purchase as the cost will vary for each product and location. Please contact us prior to finalising payment to confirm shipping costs.

Delivery Times
Once the order is cleared, we will strive to ship your product as soon as possible. Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 business days of cleared payment. We will notify you if your product is on back order.
